Your order is an offer to purchase. RPAI reserves the right to accept or decline your order. In accordance with the ECT Act, we will confirm your order via email. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT at the applicable South African rate, unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping and handling charges, which will be calculated at checkout. You represent and warrant that you are duly authorized to use your chosen payment method.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. While we strive to meet these timelines, RPAI is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events outside our control. In accordance with the CPA, if we are unable to deliver within the agreed period (or 30 days if no period is agreed), we will notify you accordingly.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

Our Services and all related content are owned by RPAI, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by South African and international patent, copyright, and trademark laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.

Section 7 — Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways like Paystack or SnapScan). These are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. Your use of these tools is at your own risk.

Section 8 — Third-Party Links

Certain content or services may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for examining the content or accuracy of third-party websites and will not have any liability for third-party materials or websites.

Section 9 — Relationship with Shopify

RPAI is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform. You acknowledge that your contract for purchase is with RPAI, and Shopify is not responsible for the transaction or the products.

Section 10 — Privacy and Data Protection (POPIA)

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). By using our Services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by Shopify as our operator and may be transferred to servers located outside of South Africa.
